I want them to be told that they should not be able to ruin people's lives and i hope to sue them for the trouble they have put me in during the pande

I was blind sighted with a lease violation on March 20th and asked to leave within 30 days because someone said they seen a visitor of mine smoking weed outside at my apartments. This is not true and i have not gotten in trouble for this before. I am now homeless thru the pandemic with my three baby girls all under 3. I have no income and am having a hard time. I don't think they should be able to fo this to families. I was there 3 years. Please help. I want them to be told that they should not be able to ruin people's lives and i hope to sue them for the trouble they have put me in during the pandemic. They were trying to cut tape and go around the order and it was only a trick and i complied like they asked.
