Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Would like them to listen instead of saying ok then they do it again

We borrowed some money even though we never been 10 day late they constantly bombarded by calls flyers to make a payment or borrow more. Even though we told them time after time are phone is a business phone it gets old and embarrassing cause we conduct business. A lot of time are in front of clients they don't listen. don't have problem charging 200 percent when borrowing 4 or 500 dollars plus they get there money 1st before payment begins on loan PLUS JUST HAD QUADRUPLE BYPASS HEART Surgery
