Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great company for products that enable your mobility

Though I live in the middle of the country, I choose to do my business with this West Coast medical supply business. I've only purchased 3 items from Enable Your Life, but the ease and 'expert' assistance with this company has been pleasant and perfect. Each time I've called for advice on a product, they have answered and been able to send me the right product. I enjoy doing business with a company that provide great personel customer service (imagine talking to the same representative every time). Each order was shipped on the same day ordered and arrived in 3 ot 4 days, with very reasonable rates. This is my first 'go to' stop for good products and maybe for recommendations and advise. Great job folks!
