Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Enchated Boutique I DO NOT RECOMENT IT!!! Bad Quality! BAD CUSTMER SERVICE!!

They have the worst customer service. Lie after lie.. The owner has the worst attitude. Scolds her employees in front of her customers. Gets Mad when she is asked for the deposits back, promises a price and then changes it. Supper bad quality on the quinceanera dresses... She gave me my daughter's dress all wrinkled the package was not complete and gave it tome just a day before the party.. Supper horrible service. Never again would I go there. I DO NOT RECOMEND IT!! for some reason I cant remove that one star.. because she doesn't even deserve one.
