Received a shipment of 3 EndoPump products. And am trying to confirm there is NO AutoShip , but have been unable tot get a response to confirm I will NOT receive any more shipments from this company. I had to call the shipper to get a phone number for them. I also believe the charge was MORE than $100 but the amount charged was not on any enclosed documents. This must be a SCAM business as they would not even put their name or phone number on the enclose shipping information. I had to call the shipper to get their number. 855=553-7600 Resolution Sought Full refund for the products sent to me. I might rate them a 1/2 star.

The product did not work for me. I was given a refund guarantee if not satisfied. I was not satisfied and asked for a refund. The lies began. Ist is was my bank refused the refund. My bank said they never saw a refund. Then I was to get a virtual check and that never happened and then more bull and more lies. They never refunded anything. Resolution Sought Give me my refund of $71.00.
