Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Nail technician (sitting close to door) walked off rudely and said something in Spanish to the other technicians.

Nail technician (sitting close to door) walked off rudely and said something in Spanish to the other technicians. She ran the water in the tube which was scalding hot with the bubbles, I said to her that water is really hot she said "did I say you were going to put your feet in there" but rudely with attitude. I Said no I was just saying the water is really hot and she sucked her teeth got up made a comment in Spanish to the other technicians. At that point my daughter and I were met with stares from the others in the salon that speak Spanish. Another technician very nice can over about 5min after and prep to do the job. Envy nail salon has many shops and I have been a client at one on Fordham and Davison for many years and because the pedicurist that does my feet from that salon was not working I tried the Envy nail salon on Fordham and Jerome. mistake!!! Teach their nail techs how to deal with their customers.....a little etiquette goes a long way!
