Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Waiting for a late order, without an estimated date and Now the items are out of stock?!

On 3 January I placed an order and the Erin Condren website stated the order would be expected to be shipped on 18 January.... 20 days later and multiple emails to the customer service, 8 finally find out that they are having problems with their supplier and part of it is out of stock. They won't do partial shipments or even give an estimated date when things will be ready from their end! It's been 4 WEEKS and then the shipping will be an additional 2 weeks once they decide to get their act together. I am really unhappy, as my wedding planner and my sister's 30th present was meant to be delivered by now. I have contacted PayPal to help with getting a refund, as the customer service reps are of no help!
