the lady literally sized me up before charging me. This place should go out of business false salon!

First off I acknowledge myself wen walkin in because those women did not acknowledge me. Second wen I said I needed a wash an set she looked at my hair & said $41.00 I don't know why she had to look at my hair but I think it was because she was trying to over charge me, because how u don't know how much? You do hair everyday you can't tell me a price without no hesitation?Third off I waited 15 minutes almost close to 20 minutes just to get my hair washed, after she told me to go to the chair next to the lady, instead of walking me over to the appropriate chair. Forth off i waited on a regular seat not the salon chair. So I waited again and that wasn't too long since there was only 3 people there thankfully!!. So as I sat there she took about 30 minutes to dry my hair whitch is already straight! Fifth of all she was doing thing to my hair that was unnecessary. Things like part it and twirl my ends and put pins in them for what reason again I don't know! My hair don't curl like that for nothing again I can leave my hair wet and it will air dry straight. she's the fake professionals I wanted to also see where her acknowledge of her job profession and she needs her licenses revoked!! She assiated my hair like it was her first day at the salon. She also stated since i didnt want to sit under the blow dryer in rollers she said "oh that's an extra $5.00 for just to blow dry it, so my $41 charge changed into $46.00.Wen she was done destroying my hair wit heat it fell out all week.
