FIVE STAR service from our escrow offices for going above & beyond call of duty.

Celia Lorenzo was my escrow officer. She stayed calm & cool when I had an issue with the loan broker & cancelled the loan. She was professional without taking side & when I called her to continue, she was kind & helpful to show me the process. She made a few extra calls to previous lender & HOA that she didn't have to do & went beyond call of duty. Strongly recommend her & the company which fosters & nurtures such top-notch employees.
