DO NOT RENT FROM THEM

Nothing will ever get repaired- even if it was noted during the walk-thru. Expect to live in with: ~ An Ant Colony !!! ~ Broken A/C !! ~ Water that smells like rotten eggs !! ~ Windows with easy access that don't lock !! ~ Cracks around all the window frames allowing easy access for insects and dirt. ~ Having to wait 15 mins for the hot-water to come on while you're running & wasting water !! ~ A large peep hole that doesn't stay closed and that you can open from the outside of your door. I actually prepaid 10 mths and gave 2 months sec. dep and after 4 months of back and forth- being put onto "Nidia's " List (she says they manage 200 bldgs).. I threatened legal action and they then put a 24hr ER notice to enter my apt- and they ambushed me- trying to bully me. Even thou they didn't admit it- they know they're wrong. They agreed to give me back my money for the months I prepaid and my security saying that as long as we don't notice any issues when you leave give us 30 days notice. So I said I am giving you 30 days notice - I had left there for days before having to come back for the "inspection". My 30 days was August 10th 2023 and my stuff is still in the apt but I am not as they wouldn't even return even 1 month of my paid rent ( I really need two up front) before I move out and they do a walk thru. I can't believe I did not read all the horrible reviews I really have so much more to say that about how horrible the entire experience has been but I need to finish writing my legal letter to the city for supporting/protecting me against this "slumlord" that they're allowing to operate in their city.
