Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Make EVERYONE aware and not to business with Eureka Farms

Eureka farms is THE WORST place to buy trees or plants, or anything. Customer service is AWFU. If they ever do answer you after they charged your credit card. Agents give you a price, then Eureka does not honor that price. Then customer service argues with you, making the entire transaction a nightmare. I would NOT do business with Eureka Farms, unless you want to have the joy of buying a plant turn into the worst and most awful expereience of your life. I cannot say enough BAD about Eureka Farms. There are PLENTY of other nurseries that are a joy to work with, and buy plants with. Grade F- for Eureka Farms
