Unlicensed work completed without permission improper work done overcharged violation flag statute 489.105. Refusal of paperwork ie costs, engineering, etc. Resolution Sought Compliance with codes and correct pricing

All work was completed by Eustis Roofing Co. Our Pres., Rodney R. Reisman holds a State Roofing License # CC1330275. A permit was issued on this job, inspected and approved out by the City of Eustis Building Dept. All work was completed within our scope of license. The reference in this complaint to some wood replacement that was approved by the City of Eustis Building Dept and was completed under the FBCEB 2020 7th edition Section 706.7 as well as 707.3.2. The pricing was correct. The owner signed for a quoted price and was invoiced for this exact price. There were additional wood charges per the owner's signed contract completed on a time and material basis. The owner's son, Robert or Ray Brooks was present at the time of wood being replaced and approved of this. I also have pictures of all wood replaced which will send upon request. The complaint states the amount paid was $8,170.00. There were no payments made on this roof replacement install other than the owner's $500 deposit made at the contractual day of agreement. The invoice is currently 102 days past due. I have attached the signed contract and the current invoice.
