Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Extremly dissatisfied

As a mother of a tragedy. We wanted to do a simple creamation. I asked for three things. The funeral home seemed unorganized & overbooked. I dont quiet understand if your that busy with all the big funerals why take my low dollar creamation in the first place. I do not believe this was at any fault of my consultant. It was pure greed at the core. They have lost sight of the purpose of there mission for the almighty dollar. When we finally had the visatation I could not get into parking lot, because of the mass funeral going on. I also could not get into the foyer of funeral home .And was almost knocked down by the rowdy group they had with another funeral going on. I walked into a screaming crowd of people music blarring out of cars, people jumping giving hi fives. THE ABSOLUTE MOST HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE ! For a grieving mom. All I wanted was 30 min of peace with my son.
