All I want to be treated with his basic respect and professionalism that's all I all I want is for her to contact me first

My apartment manager has a bad habit violently banging on my door real hard when she has a concern with me or if there's a maintenance order she's done this twice already I've asked her both times if she would at least try to call me or email me first and she keeps doing the same thing to come to my apartment and bang violently and then she'll call me and tell me what it's about afterwards I have asked her to please call me first or email me first before she comes over and knocks and bangs on my door violently and both times she's done this has caused me so much anxiety that I would shake and cry and I told her that I would like to be notified in advance when the maintenance man or someone is supposed to come work on something that I need fixed and I told her I don't want pop ups and I usually don't answer the door when somebody knocks on it I think she told me that if if if the maintenance man knocks on my door and I don't answer he has the right to come in anyway and I don't think that's right I think I think they should have permission either by phone or email or letter before entering my apartment so I ordered me some do not disturb signs hopefully that will prevent the possibility of them coming in on me without my permission I don't think they can come in my apartment if I have a do not disturb sign on my door I don't feel like they should be out allowed to do that my apartment managers name is Sarah tyndall.
