Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. A Trusted Business Consultant

A friend referred my company to Exit Strategy USA and that is when I met Daryl Schouest. ESU has been a huge asset to our company for the past 6 months. Daryl is an incredible consultant that knows business and how business works. When it comes to working with companies, there's no one better. Extremely pleased with the services and quite thankful where our business stands today. Our company had financial issues and we had to restructure the company. The process has been long, but the results were more then anyone expected.
