To obtain a copy of your credit report or to facilitate disputes with your credit report you must include; your full name current mailing address social security number date of birth and previous address if you have not resided at your current address for the past five years and 2 proofs of address such as: copies of utlity or other bills or drivers license. To request an investigation you must first obtain a copy of your personal credit history by calling 1 888 EXPERIAN (1 888-397-3742) telephone number or write to the address provided on the report.~~A copy of the report is also available at no cost to those who have been denied credit. The request should be made in writing within 30 days of the denial and should include the name of the creditor who declined credit as well as the date it occurred.
