Extended Stay America

My complete and best interest is to own this hotel chain. Because I would do a much better at taking care of customer's period.

I stayed at extended stay hotel Room# 221. When I one day discovered that they had bed bugs and cockroaches in my room. I have pictures of blood all on the bed. I showed them and they did absolutely nothing about it. I'm having fears and mental issues has I can't keep thinking about this. The customer relation recommendation was to give a free complementary week. Some clean clothes so they can get a professional pest controller to look into their hotel issues. Because I think it's in my clothes I saw small bugs on one on my shirt. Nearly gave me a heart attack. It was just that scary. I want to sue them period and point blank. I've been saying it for about a month. So I stop payment and stop paying. Then what's weird they let me stay in the room all that d*** time when I stopped paying because I'm not paying for a bug room. It has a small kitchen now they are trying to get me out makes no d*** sense at all. They still have no pest control unit it's on my clothes. Other people starting to come forward saying it too. The only reason they didn't took care of this then and still didn't take care of it at all. The room gives me nightmares worried about bed bug. It's missing with my job my attitude every day. I spoke to other hotels and they said its wrong and they wouldn't even pay or stay there. Now I am not from Ohio so I pretty much have nowhere to go. I lost my job. What the h*** is wrong with these people. They whole staff must be retarded. The health dept did nothing
