Lost a customer!

I have been coming to this gas station every single day for 4 years and no longer after today !!! The cashier had an attitude and would not bag up my items and would not even speak to nobody and look like you could just take and bite somebody's head completely off , very bad attitude... so he would not bag up my stuff, I grabbed my stuff and I went out the door but said your attitude really sucks man he commenced screaming and treat me like a pile of dog doo doo... so is this way Exxon wants to be represented bye . I won't be back best believe that this time today at this date the employee who's on this cash register should be reprimanded or sincerely apologize to all the people he was rude too foreign none foreign whatever it ain't right I didn't do anything to piss him off I would put my stuff down on one register because it bounced back and forth between the two windows when they get busy I meant he had a problem with me hell I didn't do anything to him I didn't say anything or they need to leave their franchise if this is a franchise or exclude Exxon I know you're better than that!! GOOD Customer Service is key to success... Again I think that they need to change their attitudes and act like they're not miserable or going to kill somebody or the end of the world or you know something other than just the meanest darn look on the face and and not helpful not none whatsoever I mean it killed him to punch a key on the cash register it's not right and I mean it is no
