BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege after paying deposits of up to $45,000 for wedding coordination services, vendors are not paid, checks written to vendors to secure services bounce, and poor customer service. A few complainants allege the company repeatedly asked for money to pay vendors, but the customers learned the vendors were not paid. One of these complainants also alleges the company attempted to pay a vendor with a credit card they were not authorized to use. The customer became aware of this situation when the vendor called for authorization.

The company responds to one complaint by stating they will issue a refund and then sue the customer for the money. The company responds to another complaint by stating all services were provided, by making accommodations, explaining that the company saved the couple money with their discounts, and by waiving the commission. One complaint disputes the company's response stating no refund was issued. Another complainant is not satisfied with the company's responses, stating it is impossible to go into detail about all of the mistakes that were made and claiming vendors recommended by the company refused to work with them.
