he owner refused to except the coupon after pushing the button on my phone to make me lose it and cannot go anywhere else.

I came in with a coupon for a pack of cigarettes. The owner refused to except the coupon after pushing the button on my phone to make me lose it and cannot go anywhere else. He always seems to have an issue with me. I even called the cigarette company to explain to him that it was valid but he refused to listen. There was also a bunch of people there while he yelled and embarrassed me. I'm sitting in my car shaking and crying because I cannot believe that he treated me like this. And investigation. He was wrong and should not be in business if he is going to treat people like that.
