Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fire that heavy set dark hair lady.

I recently tries to get insurance. A large long hair lady got to personal. I walked in with a friend and when I went back the 2nd time she asked me a personal question who he was. She had no business asking me that had nothing to do with insurance for my truck. Fire that heavy set dark hair lady.
