Train the staff better even the outside contractors.

My girlfriend uses a service dog for emotional support we have never been questioned or asked to provide paperwork to go into a store. Today 11/05/2020 at fashion house on 10204 Beechnut St Houston, TX 77072 United States At 10:20 AM The lost prevention worker an African American male met us at the door saying no pets. I responded she is a service dog. He then asked for paperwork to prove that she's a service dog. I told him it is against the law for him to request paperwork for a service dog he then said they all ways require guest to prove with power work that any animals that are coming into the store are indeed service dogs. Train the staff better even the outside contractors. They need to know the laws and the do's and don'ts since they are the front line face of the business
