I called the manager wait 10 minutes and he never left the office

I went to wash my car I waited like 1 hour finally my car is supposedly clean when I looked at my glass in front it was dirty I told the man that clean my car please can you clean my glass again because it looked dirty !! I was surprised!! He told me that if I wanted a towel to clean it myself the man who drive told him to clean it again. He told him it was not his business I got so mad I called the manager wait 10 minutes and he never left the office I went to my car and Luis was waiting for me I wanted to tip a dollar and he does not accept it I have 2 years washing my car there I never got past something like that I know that employees have a salary and they have to do a good job. That the workers are more respectful and the manager is professional
