Food was cold and waiter, Frankie, was rude.

Upon receiving our food, my husband's food was cold, asked if he could have it microwaved and gave it to the girl to fix. I followed to the counter as she asked for another one, "Frankie" stated," what did I expect after ordering it 15 minutes ago." as he looked directly at me, I was so upset after receiving the second plate. I returned to my seat, checked my receipt and it had been less than 10 min. Now my food is cold. My husband has stage 4 cancer, and failing kidneys. He started puking and we started to leave, When Joshua approached our table to apologize for Frankie's rude behavior and explained how I should file a complaint w/the company, after a 7min conversation with him, I explained my food was cold now. He offered to replace my food in a to go box. I bet Frankie would do something to my food for complaining, and he said he went back with my cold food and personally got another. After returning with the to go food he told me if I wanted to leave him a tip on the table, he would get it. I have never left a tip on the table for a fast food restaurant to fix an order I paid for. I was in shock that he even asked me to, so my husband asked me to because he was so sick and wanted to get home, so I did. I could have went anywhere else for supper with my grandson and husband but chose Fazoli's. After this experience, it will be a while before we return. Joshua did a fine job at apologizing seeing how he is a manager.
