Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Terrible Customer Service

This company in NON-RESPONSIVE and rude. Staff go out of the way to be rude and unhelpful. They do not return emails or phone calls and when you do happen to get them on the phone they provide zero information leaving you more confused then when you first called I highly recommend businesses go elsewhere for their benefit needs
