I feel it would be in the best interest of your store to find a more suitable employee.

On 4/19/2019 at 4:20 in the afternoon I needed to mail a couple packages and stopped at FedEx at 7116 North Division Street in Spokane Washington As I have done many times before, as I entered the store there was one employee working he was doing something on some shelves away from the counter he didn't even look to see who had entered or acknowledge me or in any way. Finally he started making his way to the counter, as he was approaching, I said "hi" and I got absolutely no response no smile absolutely nothing from him. He did not greet me at all. He then asked me what I was wanting to do, I had two ready to Mail Packages sitting on the counter in front of him but yet he asked me what I was wanting to do? I said mail these packages. He said, well do you want to mail them or Fed ex them? I said well whatever is cheapest. He replied by saying well if you want to mail them you'll have to go somewhere else. Very rudely, and he said if you want to FedEx them I can do that. The whole time showing no expression or emotion. He made me feel very uncomfortable, and was giving me the impression that I was bothering him. He then asked me for ID and I had left it in the car, while out there was telling my friend in the car how rude he was being when I went back in the store I said to him I'm going to take my packages somewhere else because he was being very rude and that I would let his boss know. his replied was just "YEAH" and I left.
