Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Fenceman Foote SCAM

Had him give us a quote hired him on a Sunday .He ask for 150 $ deposit to buy materials .Paid him cash . Was to do the job Tuesday or Wednesday . He called on Monday said cant do Tuesday will be there Wednesday . Called on Tuesday cant be there Wednesday wont be for at least a few weeks he said I have a 5-6 k job to do and Im not passing it up . We said thats not going to work for us just give us back our money and we will hire someone else. Was told by him you cant fire me and you cant have your money back .After long discussion agreed to a money order being sent . 10 days later no money order and he blocked my number. He said he has to find out what happend to the money order but he couldn't remember what day he sent it out !!!Ask for a copy of the money order to contact that company and was told no !His correct business address is 27696 via real Menifee ca 92585 . And he uses several different phone numbers to contact people .951.742.8501 and 951.940.210 and ,951.413.9780 and ,951.933.5925 We would not recommend using this guy for any services .
