Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. SCAM!! SCAM!! REFURBISHED APPLIANCES!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SCAMMERS!

FIRST APPLIANCE WE BOUGHT WASNT WORKING AND WANTED US TO PICK UP FOR THE EXCHANGE APPLIANCE AT OUR OWN EXPENSE. WAS NOT TOLD AT ALL FROM OWNER OR SALES REP THAT ALL OF THEIR APPLIANCES ARE CHEAP REFURBISHED APPLIANCES THAT MOST LIKELY ONCE THEY ARE DAMAGE -DIRECTLY FROM MANUFACTURERS HAVE A 99% TO MAL-FUNTION IN THE FUTURE. IS JUST A OF MATTER OF TIME. REFURBISHED / REFURBISHED / REFURBISHED / REFURBISHED NOT WORTH PAYING $400 LESS FOR A REFURBISHED APPLIANCE. I WOULD HAVE RATHER PAY FOR A BRAND NEW APPLIANCE IF I WAS ONLY AWARE OR TOLD ITS A REFURBISHED APPLIANCE!!!!
