This is about customer service and restore elders. I went to purchase a turtle from this store . I explained to the girl there Emma how I kept my last turtle . He decided to make up a lie about an owner not wanting me to have the turtle or something to that effect. The owner does not even know me . He is also a liar . He cut in the conversation very rudely to discuss his feelings in how to keep a turtle . I have had a turtle 7 years and the one before that almost 9. He was very rudely and disrespectful. I do believe it was racist . He continued to over talk me and state that he knew more than more . He had no customer service skills at all. After going back and forth with me a Senior of 60 years old and a Veterans of the United States he told me he was as mit going to sell me the turtle because I did but have a light . I told him that I had a light never really used it but I would use it . He was extremely nasty mean and looked at me like I will win over you I work here and you are not getting the turtle. It was an act of control disregard and discrimination. It was terrible . I wasted my gas time and I was humiliated and spoke to like a child . I came from over 15 miles there to deal with someone else's attitude. It was Terrible . I have been a long standing patron of this business way before he was born . The owner is not disrespectful or prejudice .
