Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Best Disability Advocate in the world!

I had been trying to receive my Disability and SSI claim since 2007 and it was nearly impossible to navigate that long ongoing legal process. Until I found Mr. Finch at Finn-wall Associates.
