Licensing
California law requires that companies advertising or offering to improve your credit record, history, or rating must be registered with the Attorney General's Office as a Credit Services Organization and post a $100,000 bond. To verify registration and bonding, contact the Office of the Attorney General by writing to; DOJ. Attn. Public Inquiry Unit, P.O. Box 944255, Sacramento, CA. 94244, by calling (916) 322-3360, faxing (916) 323-5341, or visit their website at www.oag.ca.gov.For businesses outside of California, please check with the agency that regulates this industry.

Promotional literature used by this company is deceptive and misleading due to the firm's use of an outdated Attorney General Credit Services registration form reprinted on their brochures. Our check with the Attorney General's office as of 7/20/97 indicates this company has not registered or complied with bonding requirements necessary to complete registration. By law, information stays on your credit report for seven to 10 years. Accurate negative information can only be removed with the cooperation of your creditors, and this usually involves paying the debt. The California Credit Services Act requires companies advertising credit repair services to register with the Attorney General and post a $100,000 bond. Even if registered, it would be unlawful to collect fees before promised services were performed.
We know of no other matter or practice relating to this company that may assist you in your consideration of this company.
