Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Beware of chain letters which state they do not violate the law. If you think you may have received an illegal chain letter, turn it over to your local Postal Inspector. Whether or not a letter requires an investment, don't be afraid to break the chain because of implied threats--simply throw it away.
