They are very unprofessional.

No amount disputed. I am so unsatisfied with the service this company has given. I had been with company for about 5 years. Thru the years, I would call and wanted to find out about my account. They will give you the run around; never give you a direct answer. They would say well at the time I can't tell anything about your account .The following week the same thing. And the management is so rude. It seems like they want to keep your money a secret. I finally finished paying and again I called to see if my account had been cleared. They told me well it looks ur finished. They didn't send me any paperwork that the account was paid off. Nothing. I had to keep calling to find it took me a whole month to be told it looks like u finished but like I said no acknowledgment no letter anything . They are very unprofessional. Please don't do business with this company u will be sorry.
