Fire House Subs

Poor customer service!

I was in Fire House Subs, waiting for food that had been ordered. I was there for approximately 15 minutes, then suddenly I was asked in a pound tone by the female owner, John go outside, go out the door and wait for your food order. I thought this was a bit peculiar, so I asked her you mean stand outside, and she replied loudly yes. Others in the business looked at me strangely and surprised. I was surprised as well. I understand the precautions of Covid19, but this did not appear to relate to that because she did not apply it to everyone, only me as a black individual. As I did comply and did exit outside, others walked out and asked me, what was that all about, you were here before us, and she did not ask us to leave. I then replied, yes I saw that and it was targeted directly at me for unknown reasons. Other blacks that were there walked out. I did ask them why, and they said because of the way she treated you. This is very concerning and should not go without further review. Correct this one sided target of certain people and treat everyone the same. Everyone deserves equal and fair equality.
