Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Terrible Service

Every time I had a claim they send contractors that cannot communicate in English with terrible customer service and unprofessionalism. One contractor literally put his finger in my face and told me to shush ?? because he didn't want to hear what my washer was doing which is what he was out to look at my washer. First American is real quick to deny your claim and not take responsibility for anything because one of their so call contractors gives them one opinion. I was a loyal client of theirs for 6 years and would've expected more attention and follow through. There's no follow up and they'll just take your money meanwhile your home problem never gets fixed. I even had to hire an outside contractor pay more to get my sink fixed on another occasion because their contractor blamed it on my buildings fault. They're contractors are just lazy. Horrible!!
