Shut them down

I have been dealing with this company since 2017 at times I have paid over the loan amount to get this paid off. Tecently I noticed that after paying the expected amount and over at times it seems as if I was never going to pay this loan off completely. If you are late even by 1 day they add 11.50 percent interest monthly that's almost 250.00 added to your current loan monthly. That's highway robbery I am asking that this company be looked into for I feel the end result is to never be totally rid of them.
