Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Answer our questions Schedule a meeting Take care of our property

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I called them 3 times during my 3 year tenancy and they had no manners and sounded angry. No meeting has been held during these 3 years and they rose our HOA fees 2 times without any explanation. There is no communication between tenants and them. They are almost unreachable. Our questions are left unanswered and they hung up on 2 other tenants. Our tennis court is filthy and needs to be painted (as well as our buildings!). The lights don't work properly and some of them are missing. Our jacuzzi has been turned off for weeks and no one knows why. They put mice traps in the play ground area without letting us know. They could hurt us and our pets!!! Very incompetent, rude and absent HOA!!!
