I'm not sure this company is real, no licence found!

I was going to get a system from this company via a telephone promotion they were having. Doing my due diligence, I looked to make sure they are registered with the Secretary of State...and guess what, there is no First Guard Alarm registered or licensed in CA with the Secretary of State's office! If they are indeed licensed, why isn't their 'real' name listed, sounds fishy. It was a good deal on monitoring...but I'm not gonna give out a credit card to a business using what appears to be a fake name.
