Poor customer service!!

A teller with blonde hair and braces, took my note and put it like 3 inches from her eyes, like she couldn't read my writing, started to take care of my withdrawal and has part of the money out, just stops, walks away and doesn't tell me what she is doing, another girl, said she getting my change. Finally she drops it in the drawer, never said hello, nor sorry it took so long, nor bye, thank you, and as soon as I took my envelope of money, she barely gives me time to get and came a hair of shutting the drawer on my hand. I had never saw her,but she was rude, unkind and NEVER, uttered a kind word to me. This was on 8/31, around 4:15.I don't deserve that and whomever trained her, didn't do a very good job. Ask her to do her job...properly. Ms. Blondie was a rude, unkind person and never even said thank you.
