Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Better scheduling; no such long waits for any customers.

Too long waits - I have experienced over an hour and longer to even access a Customer Relations person, then longer to take care of the issue. This has happened 3 times in last 6 months. Today I was told there were 4 people ahead of me- only ONE CR person available! Unacceptable. Was told people were out to lunch and/or in meetings. This was at 2:00pm. Today, I was attempting to get my mother's account updated as she has entered a care facility. I'm very unhappy. Is this a scheduling problem, .or wish to not spend money for more efficiency for your customers?
