Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I love Nancy and her staff and the service they provide is outstanding!!

Fix-It Accounting takes care of our personal taxes as well as our non-profit WLADV. They are all just so wonderful and I am so thankful to have found them. They are always quick to respond to emails and are more than happy to take our calls to answer any questions we may have. They have even taken the time to see me if I stop in the office unexpectedly to see them for a moment! I could not be happier with our accounting services. Nancy and the staff are so friendly and helpful. One of the things I love the most, especially about Nancy, is that she is very informative and takes the time to explain things. Anyone who uses Fix-It Accounting should feel rest assured they will be taken good care of; they can Fix outstanding tax issues from their past and feel confident they have the best around taking care of their tax needs.
