Fix customer service wait times

I am a paying customer that can never get a hold of anyone in customer service. Yesterday I was on hold for 45 min. I opted to use their "call back" service so that I didn't have to wait on the phone. I never heard back from them. I attempted again and then tried the "text" option, once again I didn't hear anything back. I called again today and waited on hold for 1hr and 18min just to be rudely spoken to and belittled.
