Be professional and treat people with kindness

Took my son to floyd urgent care in cartersville they messed up his prescription giving him 20 amoxicillin pills when the prescription was written for 2 pills twice a day for 14 days. it only lasted 5 days I have been trying to get this fixed for 3 days the ladies hang up on me or put me on hold for the longest 30 minutes then hung up on me. they tell me they will fix it they still haven't my son needs this medicine but they are so unprofessional. also while waiting to see the doctor they turned down a pregnant woman asking to get a covid test then laughed at her when she left saying I guess because she's pregnant she thinks she should be tested even though the lady said she had been in contact with someone who had covid
