Horrible manager

The manager of this Food City is a terrible manager. He is bald and kinda short and very skinny just in case you might have a hard time figuring out who runs that place. You can tell he is a horrible manager just by going in there through the whole disorganized mess managed by that bald headed pr**k. Not only did he refuse to serve two customers who do their grocery shopping only at this store we have been doing that for 25+ years anyways when one of the employees had to page him it took him a good 15 minutes just to make an appearance. The rest of the staff is beyond fantastic I feel like he should be took down from his high horse and a more efficient, productive, and progressive person should take his place. Oh yeah and maybe someone who actually cares about how important grocery stores are!
