Terrible Experience

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had hiring anyone for any kind of work. Brandon, the head boy, has absolutely zero integrity, skill, or professionalism. I could write a book on how unprofessional he was, and how the quality of worked proved it. We hired him to do drywall and it was an absolute nightmare. He has two workers with him that actually tried the entire time to do the right thing. They were begging him to stop pushing through the job so they could do it correctly and he would just fight with them. He argued with them constantly. Cussing in my house, arguing probably every five minutes about how to do the job. They had to bring in a professional dry wall guy who told me he wouldn't normally touch work done this bad. Another electrician filled me in on how bad he is at his work and actually confronted him on it while he was here half way through the job. I should have pieced it together then and just asked him to leave. I overheard Brandon tell his workers to "just keep rolling paint" over wet drywall spackle, because "we just have to get this done". He walked around my house literally bragging how he can get more money because of the COVID situation, stupidly not realizing I was one of those paying people. Completely arrogant dude, with absolutely zero skill to be arrogant about. I have endless pictures of his work and how poor it was. He tries his best to push you through the job and promise you its going to look great and NEVER delivers. We stayed on top of him the whole time, and he hated it like a child getting called out for their shortcomings. He painted the drywall as well and claims he couldn't put plastic or floor coverings down because it was a tripping hazard! We are still cleaning paint and dings out of the floors, and our live edge wood counter. He also stated that he can't get straight lines on the paint cut ins because its impossible to paint brown and white without them running into each other! He used no painters tape which is the solution for that. Super lazy. Both of HIS OWN WORKERS text me after they left apologizing for the work done, and how it all went down (I have screenshots of these). Very unprofessional, unskilled, and most of all ignorant. He's a little boy playing small business owner. Do not fall for this BS.
