Get their attitudes together or hire someone that has customer service experience to handle the residents!

They are rude and unprofessional!!!! The front desk person keeps a nasty attitude and curses at residents! I've had things stolen from my home by their maintenance men and they half do all of their jobs! I've been hung up on and disrespected every time I call no matter how polite you are! Something has to be done please! No resident should go through this type of treatment! Thank you!
