Stop telling me that a $10 bill or a $20 bill is too big and I would like them to go to the bank and get change for their customers

Every time I go to the store and order something to drink it might cost $3 $4 and I have a $20 bill they tell me they don't have change. Why do I always got $20 bills I must be rich and then they turn around and give me $4 in quarters change. But they cash checks all day and they're a business if they cannot change a $20 bill and you're spending for $5 out of it without giving you quarters then they need to put up a sign a
