Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Resolving accident Claim

I was involved in an accident with your insured and was told if I wanted my car repaired in a timely manner I needed to use my insurance company to fix my car, that it could take up to 6 weeks for you to investigate and determine liability, well last time I checked if your insured rear ended me at about 35-40 mph while I was at a stop due to a red light I think that's not my fault, they failed to stop. Now my car sits at the shop waiting for repairs and I still need to go to work. I am sure if it was your car it wouldn't take 6 weeks to determine liability, 6 weeks is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of, and the fact that you don't provide rental cars when your insured cause accidents. I will make sure that no one I know never gets auto insurance from you.
