Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Rip Off

They did nothing to earn the money they rip you off for. Only one of the 2 debts were settled and it cost me 15,000. to settle a 17,000 debt and then they wanted more money to settle the 2nd debt! Don't get sucked in by the" salesman" who promises you everything and you get nothing in return
