Have a serious talk with its employees about professionalism and dealing with consumers and customers ordering food at their burger restaurant.

I have and usually ordered my food from this fast food place constantly. When I put in food orders over the phone, in the background I hear the employees saying "I look gay, lesbian, look like a guy. I get called names such as, I hate, don't like her, cant stand her, "I look gay, lesbian, bull dagger in the background when I'm in the drive thru at the window ordering food and receiving food from this burger restaurant. These comments are discussed among all the employees constantly when I'm ordering food in person, or over the phone. I don't feel comfortable as a consumer ordering food from this restaurant anymore.
